IFC Sports
Placing in each sport for All-Sports Trophy
-Football – 2nd Place
-Basketball – 1st Place
-Canoe Relay – 1st Place
-Softball – 2nd Place

Our football season had a great start and almost finish. We were 5-0 on the season, but fell short in the finals of the tournament to receive runner-up.

Basketball season was great all around. The IFC season as well as our intramural season was going on at the same time so for most of the nights we had to play back-to-back games. For the entire season we only lost one game only because many of our players were out of town. Some games were close but for others our lead was as much as 30 points. We ended up beating Lambda Chi Alpha in the finals to receive 1st place.

This year, due to lack of time to plan another sports tournament, we added a canoe relay to the All Sports Trophy. Every year during UPC’s Lagniappe Week there is a canoe relay in the swamp. Since it was already set up, each fraternity submitted a team to compete. We placed above all the fraternities and second overall.
